We had a fabulous stay at this hotel, featuring stunning forest views and a fantastic swimming pool. the service was perfect every step of the way. the outdoor bar and the great pool added to the experience. the location is wonderful, as it perfectly balances the beauty of the mountains with easy access to the city. the restaurant was top-notch, and the staff was exceptional. Plus, being next to the ski lift was a huge bonus! :).

make sure to get deluxe king room with amazing views, great view, for instance. the hotel offers plenty of food that was local. efficient and useful staff contributes to create cosy atmosphere. this place is in an excellent location to a gondola.

The rooms are modern and quiet, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and village. the bathroom is fantastic, and there's a lovely shared balcony and terrace. the service is excellent, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious gourmet cuisine. the hotel's swimming pool is a wonderful feature.

Ideal venue, with nice pool and excellent location to the nearest gondola. Nicely decorated room with an exceptional view and warm blankets, for example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Location adjacent to the ski lifts, the mountains and the village and the restaurant. Very close to Montana-Cry d'er and other tourist attractions.

This hotel is really classy and offers stunning views of the mountains. the drinks at the outdoor bar are delicious, and the service is very accommodating. Everything was perfect! 🌄.

I had a fantastic stay, as always. This fabulous hotel is perfectly situated near the Golf Course and the Funicular Station. the rooms are silent and spacious, thoughtfully furnished with hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows for added comfort.

The location here is wonderful, near the mountain, easily accessible by public transport, close to the ski lift, and an attractive area. Rewritten: the location is fantastic, close to the mountain, easy to reach by public transport, near the ski lift, and in a lovely area with a great dinner spot nearby at Au Greni Chez Stefano.

The room was a bit warm, but the spectacular views made up for it. The staff at Crans Ambassador were excellent, always polite and helpful. The attention to detail in the decoration and furniture was impressive. The spa, particularly the sauna and Hammam, were a highlight of our stay. The restaurant offered delicious dishes, with the Valais region Tomato fondue and mushroom fondue being highly recommended. I enjoyed my time at Crans Ambassador and would recommend it.

The room could have had better air conditioning or fans. Some portions in the restaurant were a bit inconsistent in size, like the small pizza we received.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the design of the room was stunning, tastefully decorated with a shared balcony and terrace, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location is fantastic, with easy access to both the Golf Course and the Funicular Station down into the valley. Additionally, the hotel is practically next to the ski lift, making it extremely convenient for winter sports enthusiasts. The rooms with forest view provide a tranquil atmosphere, with amazing views of the surrounding nature.

All aspects of this hotel were top-notch, nothing to improve.
